APEX Alpe Adria 2025: Confirmed Global Significance of the APEX Community

The most important regional conference APEX Alpe Adria 2025 dedicated to Oracle APEX technology was held with great success in Zagreb – a platform that is increasingly changing the way organizations develop modern web applications. The conference, which has been held since 2018, gathered more than 250 participants from Croatia, Slovenia, Austria, and the region this year, including leading IT professionals, developers, and representatives of companies and institutions that use APEX in their daily operations.

High Level of Expertise and Global Relevance of the Oracle APEX Community

The conference was marked by high-quality content, emphasizing technical depth and practical applicability for participants – from developers to IT managers and decision-makers. Participants had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the latest approaches in developing modern web applications, along with numerous concrete examples and tools applied in everyday business.

The conference featured lectures from top domestic and international experts, including Marck Sewtz (Oracle), Richard Martens (SMART4Solutions), Monica Godoy (Oracle), Dimitri Gielis (United Codes), Daniel Huhe (BiLog), and many other experts from the Oracle community.

Among the key topics of the conference, the use of artificial intelligence in APEX stood out, an indispensable component of every modern IT system today. Through lectures, it was demonstrated how AI can be integrated into the APEX ecosystem in a simple and practical way, significantly increasing the value and efficiency of systems based on this technology. In addition to AI, other important topics such as application security, integration of APEX with other technologies, user experience (UX/UI), and examples of successful implementations in the public and private sectors were also in focus. Special emphasis was placed on performance optimization and best practices in application development in Oracle APEX.
