The Supervisory Board of Ericsson Nikola Tesla, at a meeting held on April 9, 2025, made a decision to appoint new members to the Company’s Management Board, thereby expanding the Board for the first time from one member to a total of four members.
Gordana Kovačević, the current Chairwoman of the Management Board, has been reappointed to that position for a term of five years. Alongside her, the Management Board now includes Hrvoje Benčić, the former Director of Customer Solutions and Services, Damir Bušić, the former Director of Finance, Procurement, and Management of Commercial Offers, and Milan Živković, the former Director of Strategy and Business Development. All three have been appointed as members of the Management Board for terms lasting four years.
This is the first expansion of the Management Board in the company’s history, made possible by amendments to the Statute adopted at the extraordinary General Assembly held on October 22, 2024. At that time, Article 25 of the Statute was amended, allowing the Management Board to now have between one and five members, whereas it was previously limited to just one member.
The terms of the newly appointed Chairwoman and members of the Management Board take effect on the day the decision is made. This change marks a new phase in the corporate governance of the company, which remains a leader in technological development and innovation in the region.
