Marijana Bačić, member of the Management Board and Chief Operating Officer for business customers Hrvatskog Telekoma, will assume the role of director of Combis on May 1, 2025, a position held by Goran Car for the past five years.
HT Group, of which Combis is a part, has development plans with a clear focus on growth, providing innovative solutions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience, stated Nataša Rapaić, President of the Management Board of Hrvatski Telekom and Chair of the Supervisory Board of Combis.

As stated in the announcement, Marijana Bačić has been serving as a member of the Management Board and Chief Operating Officer for business customers of Hrvatski Telekom since September 2022, responsible for sales, marketing, customer and technical services for business customers, and ICT operations. She will hold the position of director and member of the Management Board of Combis alongside her responsibilities as a member of the Management Board of Hrvatski Telekom.
