Erste Bank has confirmed high standards for the Employer Partner certificate this year as well. The certificate was initiated by SELECTIO Group, the leading HR consulting company in the region, to recognize, reward, and support those organizations that invest in creating a quality work environment. Over 19 years, through the Employer Partner project, 20,000 evaluations of HR systems have been conducted, which is why SELECTIO consultants have in-depth insights into various types of organizations.
