Co-owner and former member of the Management Board of NOTCH SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS Ivan Belić has taken over the position of CEO from the other co-owner Mihael Sedmak, while Danijel Sedmak is the new member of the Management Board.
Bankruptcy proceedings have been opened against SPORTINA, requested by the company itself. Stores in Croatia have been closed as the account was blocked multiple times last year, and it has been in permanent blockage since September 19 due to a debt of approximately 350,000 euros. Sportina claims 10.8 million euros, while it has liabilities of 11.2 million euros, most of which are related to its parent Slovenian company, Sportina Bled, which has been in forced settlement proceedings since July 2024 due to poor business performance. Branka Božić has been appointed as the bankruptcy administrator, and a creditors’ meeting is scheduled for June 10.

After the companies VODOVOD LABIN and ALBANEŽ VODOVOD PULA were merged, it has been renamed to VODOVOD PULA – LABIN. The ownership structure of the company now includes the municipalities of RAŠA, SVETA NEDJELJA, PIĆAN, KRŠAN, CEROVLJE, and GRAČIŠĆE, as well as the CITY OF LABIN.
