New Chairman Appointed at Rimac Group, Resignation at Vajda…

The Court Register has confirmed that RIMAC GROUP has received a two-member Management Board chaired by Mate Rimac, while the former Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Antony Michael Sheriff has been serving as a member of the Management Board since October 29. Krešimir Hlede is the new Chairman of the Supervisory Board, appointed as of March 3 of this year.

Igor Polanec has resigned from his position as a member of the Management Board of MESNA INDUSTRIJA VAJDA, and the company is now independently represented by director Ruža Pivac alongside procurator Neven Pivac . Stipe Grljušić is no longer a member of the Supervisory Board.

The Court Register has confirmed that as of October 7, 2024, the former Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Varaždin’s TERMOPLIN Luka Zrinski has been appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board instead of Ivana Topolnjaka, while former Supervisory Board member Mladen Topolnjak has been appointed Deputy Chairman.
