Previously known as Alfa Stan Group, after the earlier cessation of cooperation with Alfa Stan d.o.o. and three years of independent project development, MADO Group has strengthened its vision for the future through rebranding, while the arrival of a younger generation in management has further solidified its market position. The new members of the management board of MADO Group are Filip Šparavec (mag. oec.) and Ivan Barukčić (mag.ing.aedif.), who bring fresh energy, along with the long-standing experience of the previous management in the real estate and construction sectors.
MADO Group has already distinguished itself with an impressive portfolio of projects, including the construction of residential and commercial buildings in Veslačka and Bužanova – Štrigina streets, while currently participating in the construction of the luxurious mixed-use complex Franc near the landscaped Franjo Tuđman Square and the Square of the French Republic in Zagreb. The rebranding of MADO Group is the result of collaboration with renowned agencies – the design studio Hamper developed the new visual identity, while Degordian created the name and slogan “A Different Concept of Home”.
