Setcor Organizes Workshops on Network Security and Optimization

VPN vs. Zero Trust: which is the right choice for your network security? In the first workshop, we reveal the key differences, advantages, and practical examples!

The first workshop will be held on Thursday, March 6, in collaboration with the telecommunications company Cambium Networks, a leading global manufacturer of reliable, secure, and scalable wireless broadband and professional Wi-Fi solutions. A representative from Cambium Networks at the first workshop titled ‘VPN vs. Zero Trust: next-generation security strategy with advanced Wi-Fi technology‘ will demonstrate the key features of their Wi-Fi solutions and show how they support Zero Trust implementation.

In a world increasingly reliant on digital tools and remote work, network and data security becomes a critical topic for every organization. The goal of the first workshop is to highlight the advantages of transitioning from traditional VPN systems, which have long been the foundation of protection and ensured secure access to network resources, to a modern Zero Trust approach. This approach entails strict authentication and authorization for every request, regardless of whether it originates from an internal or external network.

The workshop, limited to a maximum of 50 participants, will last three hours and will cover six key segments: introduction, lecture, demo presentation, interactive session, mini panel discussion, and networking. The limited number of participants will allow for a personalized approach and quality interaction.

The second workshop will take place on March 27, focusing on cost and security optimization in the cloud for the SME sector. In addition to the aforementioned two workshops, it should be noted that Setcor is organizing four more workshops on the following topics: NIS 2 Directive and DORA: how to align business with key regulations for 2025; Ransomware, Zero Trust, and continuous security validation; Data loss prevention: how to protect the most valuable business resource; and Phishing in 2025: recognize and prevent the most sophisticated threats.
