With the new service, A1 offers its business users continuous monitoring of all components of the IT system, including network traffic, servers, and applications, as well as advanced detection of all types of threats. As part of the Security Operations Center, A1 regularly issues security reports with recommendations for improving protection and provides expert advice and continuous 24/7 support to enhance security strategy.

A1 offers users an analysis of their existing IT infrastructure and security requirements, after which the A1 SOC is tailored to their specific needs and existing systems, without disrupting business operations. Upon completion of the implementation, the A1 SOC immediately takes over active monitoring and responds to incidents, while regular testing ensures the full operability and effectiveness of the system.
