Chinese Temu and Croatian Post Form Strategic Partnership

Temu, the Chinese online platform for selling products directly from manufacturers, has announced a strategic partnership with Croatian Post (HP) to enhance delivery services and improve the order fulfillment process for customers in Croatia, the companies reported on Thursday.

This partnership, they add, aims to provide consumers with faster, more reliable, and efficient delivery options. HP, in fact, has the largest network of pickup and delivery locations in the country, including over 1,000 post offices and 300 parcel machines.

“We are excited about collaborating with Temu, one of the world’s most popular e-commerce brands. Together, we want to provide convenient and reliable delivery services to consumers in Croatia, utilizing Croatian Post’s extensive network of pickup and delivery locations,” said Mario Horak, Sales Manager at Croatian Post.

Chinese Temu has expanded its operations to over 90 markets worldwide since its debut in September 2022, and is currently one of the most visited e-commerce websites in the world, according to the statement.

Since its launch in Croatia in August 2024, Temu has offered a range of products in over 600 categories.

“By partnering with Croatian Post, we further strengthen our commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience through reliable and efficient delivery services,” stated Temu.
