Mato Škojo withdrew from managing his companies HOTEL OSIJEK and M NEKRETNINE. Sandru Đurđević was appointed director of HOTEL OSIJEK, and Sergeju Kožiću was granted procuration. Sergej Kožić is the new director of M NEKRETNINA, Ivica Škojo resigned from the position of Management Board member, and Franji Škoji had his procuration revoked. Mato Škojo retained only the position of Management Board member in S ZASTUPANJU and procuration in the parent company ŠKOJO.
