This year, the cycle of investment forums Lider invest has commenced, aimed at promoting manufacturing investments that create new jobs, increase exports, and generate added value.
The tenth investment mini-forum Lider invest Krapina, organized by the business weekly Lider, will take place on March 5, 2025, from 11 AM to 2 PM at the Entrepreneurial Center of Krapina-Zagorje County.
By touring Croatian regions and holding investment mini-forums, we aim to provide entrepreneurs with necessary information about the investment climate, initiatives of local government units, financing opportunities and sources, and to open discussions on projects that have been initiated so far.
In collaboration with municipalities, cities, and counties, as well as institutional partners, we motivate entrepreneurs to nominate their investments and thus become candidates for the Lider invest award, which we will present this year on June 13 at a ceremonial closing event at the Westin Hotel in Zagreb as part of the Investment Conference.
WHAT YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO HEAR AT THE FORUM
The editor-in-chief of the business weekly Lider, Miodrag Šajatović, will present the Lider invest project. Welcome speeches will be delivered by the governor of Krapina-Zagorje County Željko Kolar and the mayor of Krapina Zoran Gregurović.
Economic expert Prof. Dr. Marijana Ivanov from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, who is also a member of the expert jury of Lider invest, will give a presentation on the topic Challenges of Doing Business in Unstable Times. This will be followed by a presentation by Dalibor Hržica, senior analyst in the Sector for Support and Development of Entrepreneurship, Coordination, and International Cooperation at HAMAG-BICRO, on the topic Opportunities and Chances for Investments.
