According to the data from the unaudited consolidated financial report published on Monday, in 2024, Končar D&ST achieved a net profit of 118 million euros, which is 118.5 percent higher than the profit for 2023.
According to this data, consolidated operating revenues in 2024 amounted to 475 million euros, representing a growth of 37.9 percent compared to the year before last.
In 2024, a consolidated profit before tax of 143.5 million euros was achieved, which is a growth of 120 percent compared to the same period of the previous year when it amounted to 65.2 million euros.
The consolidated profit after tax amounts to 118 million euros and is 118.5 percent higher than the profit after tax from 2023, which was 54 million euros.
The consolidated EBITDA indicator for 2024 amounts to 146.3 million euros, representing a growth of 112.4 percent compared to 2023 when it amounted to 68.9 million euros.
The consolidated normalized EBITDA margin was 30.7 percent (in 2023 it was 22.8 percent).
The management assesses that the overall condition of the company is stable.
In the Končar D&ST group, as of December 31, 2024, there were 1,212 employees (as of December 31, 2023, there were 1,142). Of these, 793 were employed at Končar D&ST, 310 at Ferokotl, and 109 at PET in Poland.
On December 20, 2023, Končar D&ST acquired an additional 35 percent ownership stake in Ferokotl, becoming the owner of 51 percent of the equity capital of that company and gaining control over it, thus its financial results are included in the consolidation.
