Ivan Begović submitted his resignation from the position of Management Board member of BELJA PLUS on December 30.

Following the merger with KONZUM PLUS, the company A007 PLUS, which was behind the failed webshop Abrakadabra, has been deleted from the Court Register.

The Opatija LIBURNIJSKE VODE and Delnice KOMUNALAC – WATER SUPPLY AND DRAINAGE have been merged into the municipal company WATER SUPPLY AND SEWERAGE from Rijeka, and their founders, the City of Opatija and the municipalities of Lovran, Matulji, and Mošćenička Draga, as well as the City of Delnice and the municipalities of Mrkopalj, Ravna Gora, Lokve, Brod Moravice, Skrad, and Fužine, have entered the ownership structure of the Rijeka company.
