Marin Štenglin is the new CEO of Tehnika. This decision was made by the company’s Supervisory Board at today’s meeting, and the previous leader Bojan Horvačić will remain on the Board, as will Tomislav Bronić. Earlier, in early February, the power of attorney was revoked from Mario Rendulić.
Štenglin was previously a member of the Management Board of Alfa stan group, and he considers today’s appointment a special honor.
– When I started my career in construction 25 years ago, the first job I realized was in collaboration with Tehnika, which was then a leader in the domestic market. My desire is for Tehnika to return to that position, and I believe it has the capacity to do so. Tomorrow, I will begin discussions with employees and suppliers with the aim of optimizing all business processes. New projects are also in preparation, which I am really looking forward to, and I can tell you that I have a very positive outlook on the future of the company – Štenglin stated for Lider.
The change at the helm of Tehnika came after the company Carrello INT acquired a 24.17 percent ownership stake in this construction company. The shares were first taken over at the end of January from Bojan Horvačić (10.5 percent) and Boran Poljančić (4.36 percent), and shortly thereafter, shares from long-time shareholders – Filip Filipec (3.8 percent), Ilija – Ivan Suška (3.23 percent), and Besalet Mulović (2.27 percent) were also acquired.
