The Croatian Association of Managers and Entrepreneurs CROMA, under the high patronage of the President of the Republic of Croatia Zoran Milanović, will award the Manager of the Year for 2024 on Thursday, February 13, at the Esplanade Hotel in Zagreb.
The award winners are selected by an independent and expert jury consisting of the Management Board of HUM-CROMA, representatives of the academic community, media, and associations, and each year they are joined by last year’s winners of the Manager of the Year award.
The expert jury of the Croatian Association of Managers and Entrepreneurs CROMA, led by President Prof. Dr. Stjepan Orešković, awards the prize in several categories, including:
- awards for Manager of the Year in the categories of large, medium, small, and micro enterprises
- lifetime achievement award
- the ‘Tihomir Premužak’ award for positive social impact
- award for the most successful foreign manager
- award for the best-managed innovative project
- award for the most successful entrepreneur of the year in the categories of large, medium, small, and micro entrepreneurs
Managers, through their entrepreneurial energy, passion, and professional, ethical, and responsible approach to business, become prominent leaders in society.
