Due to great public interest, the Tax Administration has published data from the fiscalization system that includes the number and amount of invoices. The data from the fiscalization system for the dates January 31, 2025, and January 24, 2025, the days of the boycott of stores, were compared to January 17, 2025, the day when there was no boycott of stores.
As reported by Index, data for all activities for Friday, January 31, show that the total number of fiscalized invoices was 5,670,377 invoices, and the amount of invoices was €89,275,886.35. On Friday, January 24, 2025, the total number of fiscalized invoices was 5,096,083 invoices, and the amount of invoices was €78,373,051.19, while on Friday, January 17, 2025, the total number of fiscalized invoices was 7,195,480 invoices, and the amount of invoices was €121,898,234.32.
The data shows that the number of invoices on Friday, January 31, 2025, on the day of the boycott of stores compared to Friday, January 24, 2025, also on the day of the boycott of stores is higher by 11 percent while the amount of invoices is also higher by 14 percent. Furthermore, on Friday, January 31, 2025, on the day of the boycott of stores compared to Friday, January 17, 2025, the number of invoices is lower by 21 percent while the amount of invoices is also lower by 27 percent.
