Former Supervisory Board member Mario Radaković has joined the Management Board and taken over the finance sector. This has led to changes in the supervision of subsidiaries. Radaković has been appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board of KONČAR – MEASURING TRANSFORMERS instead of Lasić and as the deputy chairman of the Supervisory Board of DALEKOVOD, where Miki Huljić has replaced Petar Bobek as a member of the Supervisory Board.
