Best Employer Brand Awards Held, A1 Hrvatska Wins Most Awards

The largest regional project in the field of employer branding gathered the best projects this year, with awards given based on activities conducted this year.

– We are particularly pleased with the growth in the number of applications each year, as well as the visible improvements in the quality of projects in the markets of our region. There is no doubt that we all face challenges in employee retention, and the most important tools for improvement lie in increasing employer attractiveness, working conditions, and development opportunities. Salary is, of course, extremely important, but it cannot and should not be the only reason for a successful working relationship between employees and employers – stated Vladimir Benić, founder of the Best Employer Brand Awards and advisor for employer brand management. During the program, a lecture was also held by a global strategist in employer branding from Universum, one of the most renowned global consulting agencies for employer branding. The lecture was delivered by Steve Ward, who conveyed key objectives in the context of current trends.

– Even research in Croatia indicates that building trust is high on the priorities of successful organizations. This means more open and transparent communication, authenticity, job security, and opportunities for development in an environment where colleagues and management will live and support such a culture. In addition, we use key tools – research that will help us define content relevant to our target groups and the use of internal resources to authentically present that content to future colleagues – Steve stated after the lecture.
