ROCKWOOL has launched new multifunctional products and products for flat roof insulation in the Croatian market, making Croatia one of the first markets where the new lines are available. The new generation of multifunctional insulation products Multirock 33, Multirock 35, and Acoustic 34 is produced in Croatia using the latest technology that optimizes the characteristics of these products. For flat roof insulation, ROCKWOOL has launched the Hardrock 1200 E product, which has even better mechanical performance. With the new products, ROCKWOOL aims to offer the highest quality solutions for investors in construction and/or energy renovation, adhering to all legal regulations during production.

The new product line, which includes Multirock 33, Multirock 35, and Acoustic 34, is designed to provide even better thermal insulation and is a kind of improvement over the well-known products Mutirock, Airrock ND, and the Acoustic sound insulation products. The new products contribute to sound insulation, are resistant to fire and moisture, can be easily shaped according to needs, and help maintain optimal indoor temperatures, reducing the need for heating and cooling. Whether installed in attics, walls, ceilings, or floors, Multirock 33 and Multirock 35 or Acoustic 34 insulation boards help you achieve daily energy and cost savings, both in winter and summer.

Ideal solution for flat roofs

Flat roofs are increasingly becoming a design solution in the construction or renovation of buildings, and their insulation is one of the key items when discussing long-term and sustainable construction. The new ROCKWOOL Hardrock 1200 E boards are intended for flat roof insulation and are made of dual-density stone wool with improved mechanical properties, providing even better thermal and sound insulation and are completely fire-resistant.

Compared to the previous version, the Hardrock 1200 E can withstand a pressure of 80 kPa and is the stone wool insulation with the best point load on the Croatian market.

The roof, as well as the elements installed in it, such as insulation, need to be durable. Why?

Flat roofs are often spaces used for the installation of air conditioning, ventilation, or heating systems (so-called HVAC), and increasingly we find photovoltaic systems for energy production on them.
