The Croatian real estate company Primo Real Estate has signed a contract with the Swiss company Ferba AG from Dübendorf to acquire a 100% stake in the company Ferba projekt d.o.o. from Kamnik, Slovenia, with an estimated transaction value reaching 24.5 million euros.

The company Ferba projekt manages properties for industrial production and storage located in Kamnik, 15 kilometers from Ljubljana, in a busy business zone.

As noted by Primo Real Estate, this represents their third acquisition and a step into the commercial real estate market in Slovenia. The investment is the result of a thorough analysis of the return and risk ratios, which were assessed as very favorable.
Given the similarities between the real estate markets of Slovenia and Croatia, the company remains open to further acquisitions, in line with its business plans and development strategy, they add. Potential future investments may include office buildings, logistics-distribution facilities, and industrial properties, with an emphasis on long-term leasing as a source of income.
The completion of the transaction is conditional upon obtaining all necessary approvals from the regulatory authorities of the Republic of Slovenia and fulfilling the conditions of the contract. After the completion of this transaction, Primo Real Estate will manage commercial properties totaling 67,000 square meters, and the total assets of the company will reach 75 million euros, according to Primo Real Estate.
