Henkel has rightfully received another Employer Partner Certificate, confirming the quality of its HR system. SELECTIO Group, the most recognized HR consulting group in Croatia, has been awarding the Employer Partner Certificate for 19 years with the mission of promoting high-quality practices in human resource management and encouraging organizations to implement those standards that have been proven to meaningfully enhance the quality of workplaces. Through the Employer Partner project, 20,000 evaluations of HR systems have been conducted, which is why SELECTIO consultants today have in-depth insights into all types of organizations. Each year, about a hundred organizations apply for the certificate, continuously transforming more than 100 HR systems across 10 markets.
