The company AUTO HRVATSKA AUTOMOBILI has received a Management Board chaired by long-time director Alen Vuksan-Ćusa, with members Joško Košta and Šime Klanac.

The former director of PRIMABIRO, Željko Mezga, is the new president of the Supervisory Board instead of Viktor Mezga, who remains a member. Vlasta Mezga has been dismissed from her position as a member of the Supervisory Board. The company also received a Management Board chaired by former director Robert Kovačić. Members are Elizabeta Filipić and Vilim Mezga.

Slovenian CGP took over Karlovac’s AQUATERM from Cena Ilijanić, who, along with Željko Ilijanić, resigned from the position of procurator of the company, and the procuration was taken over by the president of CGP’s Management Board, Martin Gosenca.
