What is different today compared to past transformations and how to successfully transform will be explained in her lecture by Jasmina Očko (Kontroling Kognosko), while Doris Mailänder (Mailänder Executive Plus GmbH, Germany) will speak about modern leadership and the challenges and roles of leaders in the 21st century.

Among the excellent speakers bringing their knowledge, solutions, and practices are Leopold Kronlachner (TPA Group, Austria), who will explain how new technologies like AI are changing individual trust and trust in institutions, and Boris Golob (Step Ri), who will discuss servitization, or the creation of services from existing products.

Why we are addressing climate change in the financial and non-financial sectors, what exactly and about what we should report, and how environmental risks affect business will be explained by Nikolina Kolarić (HPB), while David Nerz (CA Controller Academie, Germany) will dedicate his lecture to pricing – the driver of successful business.

Employees react differently to changes and often show resistance to novelties, and Mihaela Smadilo (A.C.T.) will reveal how to manage these reactions and employee resistance. How to modernize your approach to business intelligence will be presented at the end of the conference by Tilen Barbarič (ZEBRA.BI, Slovenia), with numerous practical examples.

At the already traditional C-panel, you will meet fantastic managers (C-level) who will share their transformational experiences firsthand, and this year’s panel participants are Snježana M. Lohninger (Porsche Inter Auto), Ivan Belić (Notch), Milena Vušak (Nelt Europe), and Silvija Novačić (TDK Croatia).
