On the Zagreb Stock Exchange, stagnation of the Crobex index at record levels is expected on Wednesday, as was the case the day before, and it remains to be seen whether trading will also remain at elevated levels.
All analysts who participated in the Hina survey today expect stagnation of the Crobex.
The Crobex index strengthened slightly by 0.08 percent on Tuesday, reaching 3,008 points, achieving a new record level. The Crobex10, on the other hand, strengthened by 0.02 percent, reaching a record 1,884 points.
Among sector indices, the Crobexkonstrukt rose the most, by 2.43 percent, while the Crobexturist fell the most, by 0.35 percent.
Regular trading in shares reached 4.5 million euros, which is 740,000 more than the day before.
The total turnover was boosted by a block trade of 298,000 euros in the preferred shares of Adrisa, priced at 59.6 euros per share.
“For weeks, the stock market has been very calm, trading has been sparse, and Crobex has recorded small movements, but in recent days the market has suddenly revived. Crobex has risen sharply and reached record levels. Turnover has also significantly increased, primarily due to trading in HT shares, including purchases for the treasury,” says Roman Rinkovec, a broker at the investment company Credos.
