At the fair, more than 250 exhibitors from Croatia and Europe will present leading brands and the latest trends in equipping hotels, restaurants, camps, and holiday homes. Visitors will have the opportunity to get acquainted with exclusive product and technology premieres that enable sustainable business and enhance service quality, and the exhibition program includes professional equipment, small inventory, furniture for indoor and outdoor spaces, decorations, materials for decoration, hygiene maintenance tools and equipment, swimming pools and pool technology, and reservation systems.
Conference program and exclusive masterclasses
This year’s fair brings a rich conference program with more than 30 lectures and panels. Among them, interior designer Boris Ružić stands out, who will open the conference as a keynote speaker, discussing the importance of connecting tradition and modern design in tourist facilities.
There is also a panel on pet-friendly tourism offerings, as well as a particularly important panel on employment in tourism, where challenges and potential solutions will be discussed. Hoteliers and restaurateurs, who face employment challenges year after year, will receive useful advice on how to better prepare for the upcoming season. The program also includes lectures on digital marketing, cybersecurity, and trends in gastronomy and hospitality.
For those looking to further enhance their skills, exclusive masterclasses have been organized. Along with workshops on pizza dough preparation led by world champion and one of the greatest authorities on pizza, Graziano Bertuzzo, there is also a unique masterclass on squid, where participants will have the opportunity to taste different types of squid available on the Croatian market and learn more about their specifics.
