ADRIA DENTAL GROUP has entered the ownership structure of the Rijeka company KALMAR IMPLANT DENTISTRY. Gordan Muškić has been appointed president of the Management Board, in which co-owners Daniel Kalmar and the previous procurator Marina Kalmar remain.

The Commercial Court has confirmed that bankruptcy proceedings have been opened against ZLATNA IGLA – SISCIJA, and Jugoslav Puran has been appointed as the bankruptcy trustee.
