Atlantic Grupa has acquired the Above and Beyond certificate and solidified its position among the top 10 percent of companies with the highest quality HR systems

Atlantic Grupa, which has held the Employer Partner certificate since 2008, has once again acquired this prestigious recognition for quality in human resource management, awarded by SELECTIO Grupa, a leading HR consulting group that operates as a one-stop shop for all HR services. For the third consecutive year, the company has earned the Above and Beyond certificate through additional evaluation of its HR systems, a prestigious recognition that means the company is among the 10% of the best organizations in the region that already hold the Employer Partner certificate.

Atlantic is also part of the initial group of companies that have this year acquired the Equal Pay Champion, the first certificate in Croatia based on the principle of ‘equal pay for equal work’. SELECTIO Grupa launched this project with the aim of recognizing employers who are determined to achieve equality, fairness, and equality in their organization. The Equal Pay Champion certificate represents a key step in building transparent pay systems in workplaces across Croatia.

Atlantic continuously improves HR practices based on real needs, collecting numerous employee feedback for this purpose. The certification team of SELECTIO Grupa praised the high employee satisfaction indices during the assessment of HR practices, which are higher compared to the previous year.
