The owner of INFODOM Slavko Vidović has returned to the Management at the age of 70, replacing Goran Marković. He first stepped down from the director’s position four years ago, but returned to the Management about 15 months later, in September 2021, until January 2021, making this his third term in managing INFODOM.
A shortened bankruptcy procedure has been concluded for NOVO SVJETLO from Sesvete. The account had been blocked for about 50 thousand euros since mid-November, and at the beginning of December, the ownership and management of the company was taken over from Katerina Sočev by Mišo Bursać, residing in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The drainage company from DARDA has transformed from a joint-stock company into a limited liability company, with ten shareholders becoming co-owners, with director Igor Biglbauer holding a majority share of 80.86%. The supervisory board has also been abolished.
The director of Pula’s TELE SYSTEMS Daniel Svich has taken over the ownership share of Goran Udošić and is now the sole owner.
Dijana Ćuzela has taken over the ownership share of the company KOZGAR & CO in WIN WIN GROUP and is now a co-owner along with Afaaquom Ahmad Qozgarom, for whom the previous board member Maja Tufekčić has been appointed as the president of the Management.
Marko Dumenčić is the new member of the supervisory board of VODOVOD WESTERN SLAVONIA, from which Anto Žagrić and Đurđica Oršulić have exited.
