The founder of MOTUS MEDIJA Marija Dekanić has transferred the ownership of the company that owns the portals dnevno.hr, zagreb.info, geopolitika.news, dnevno.ba, dnevno.rs, otvoreno.hr, 7dnevno, history.info, and povijest.hr to OMNIMEDIA LIMITED, registered in Malta.

Ivica Kuliš has been appointed as the director of E.ON PLIN, replacing Vladimir Saba, who has taken over the role of director at E.ON ENERGY INFRASTRUCTURE SOLUTIONS, replacing Vedran Belamarić.
