The Mindset Method: Achieving Self-Discipline in Five Steps

‘The fittest (real) man in America’, as the magazine Outside dubbed David Goggins, managed to rise like a mythical phoenix from poverty, a childhood marked by racism and violence, transforming from an overweight, depressed young man into one of the most followed sports influencers and authors.

Goggins claims that most people use only 40 percent of their capacities, and his top success in sports (and life) and exceptional endurance are attributed to hard work, mental toughness, and, most importantly, self-discipline.

However, the latter is difficult to build and even harder to maintain, so it sometimes seems that a lack of discipline stands in the way of our health, success, and well-being. Even those worthy souls who inherited a stronger character and a steely will have encountered the ‘I should, but I don’t feel like it’ at least once in their lives. Fortunately, there are methods that help strengthen self-discipline, and such a method is called The Mindset.

How to apply The Mindset method in your life and build self-discipline in just five steps, see in the new micro-lecture!
