Norwegian MARLINK has acquired DIVERTO from companies ALPE GEF 1 and GEF BŠ and Boža Šarić, who remains in the director position. Miran Kovač is no longer the director of the company.
The Court Register has confirmed that Pavao Vujnovac has transferred ownership of ENERGIJA NATURALIS and FINANCIAL ANSWERA to a newly established company with a Swiss address, SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS HOLDING. This is an umbrella investment holding that will manage shares in companies where this Croatian entrepreneur previously had direct ownership as an individual. The new ownership structure, or the adjustment from individual ownership to an investment holding, will enable further internationalization of the portfolio and easier access to international financial markets. This is a continuation of the announced corporate restructuring, in which Pavao Vujnovac is withdrawing from the operational business of the companies in which he has ownership and taking on the role of a financial investor.
