Moneterra – Museum of Money of the Croatian National Bank was opened at the European Square in Zagreb, and the project coordination was led by Real Group d.o.o. from Zagreb, among others. The entire production of the museum – from architecture and conceptual design to finalization on a ‘turnkey’ basis – is backed by a Consortium of Contractors consisting of six companies: Real Group, Architect Ante Vrban, Studio Rašić & Vrabec, HAB Solutions, Hust, and Novena.
Real Group was responsible for the production of the entire museum, and together with HAB Solutions, for coordinating the community members and other partners involved in the realization. The architectural solution of the space is signed by Ante Vrban, while the visual identity of Moneterra and the design of the exhibition elements are the work of Studio Rašić and Vrabec. The company Hust designed and implemented the entire multimedia infrastructure, while Novena is responsible for the design and implementation of all interactive applications within the exhibition.
Along with the members of the Consortium, over 15 different specialized companies were involved in the project at various stages of execution. The company Kamgrad was the contractor for construction works and interior adaptation. The company Promondis is behind the execution of wall coverings, furniture, and all free-standing exhibition elements, while the company Retailsolution dealt with the production of special 3D exhibits.
Over 200 experts from the fields of architecture, design, audio-visual communications, engineering, programming, economics, museology, behavioral economics, and ICT specialists worked on the project, along with numerous experts from the Croatian National Bank.
– This is not the first project of Real Group in this segment. We are proud to highlight our work on numerous large and successful projects, such as organizing the Croatian Pavilion for EXPO 2020 in Dubai, an impressive cultural and business event on a global scale, the multidisciplinary exhibition project ‘Croatia to the World’ of national significance, the multimedia exhibition ‘Nikola Tesla – Mind from the Future’, the ‘Murtić 100 Project’, and the exhibition ‘Croatian Inspiration’ in the Croatian quarter at Europa Park, the largest theme park in Europe. However, Moneterra is certainly our most complex project to date, requiring a more multidisciplinary approach, greater engagement of people, and expert knowledge. Key factors for the successful opening of Moneterra included professional project coordination, our expertise and dedication, and teamwork. This ensured that every aspect of the museum was carefully planned and executed, which many citizens will be able to verify – stated Krešimir Renzo Prosoli, owner of Real Group.
