In the last two and a half years, we have secured over 326 million euros in new contracts, which is a result of our commitment, continuous investments in our competencies, quality, and reliability, as well as the prospects of our customers. This year marks the beginning of serial production for over twenty new projects contracted in previous periods for the AD Plastik Group. For most, the start is planned for the first half of the year, while some projects will begin serial production in the last quarter. By the end of the year, we expect to reach the level of contracted quantities for projects that start production earlier, and their full impact on profitability and capacity utilization will be evident by the end of this year and during the next year.

The automotive industry is undoubtedly and inexorably changing, and external influences are accelerating the transformation towards connected, sustainable, and safe mobility. Reducing vehicle weight is one of the primary goals, but also an opportunity for innovation and development. In the next three years, we expect organic revenue growth averaging over 10 percent, and we base this on the start of serial production of new projects, so we expect our planned growth to exceed market growth. Our investments in the short term are primarily related to the successful realization of contracted jobs, which also includes technological upgrades to keep pace with the very high demands of the industry. A positive indicator is the recovery of the automotive market, specifically the sales of new vehicles, which increased by almost 14 percent in the EU market last year.

Research and development of new solutions and materials are key for an industry focused on a circular economy and the use of recycled materials. These are opportunities we recognize, and we are making serious efforts to find innovative solutions for sustainable and responsible business practices. Regardless of vehicle powertrains, reducing vehicle weight and carbon footprint are primary goals that require quality solutions to replace heavy components with polymers, along with strict quality and safety controls. Research and development activities within the entire industry are very intense, with new solutions, powertrains, and new environmentally acceptable materials being sought. The entire industry is directed towards a circular economy and promoting the use of recycled materials, as well as finding alternative biomaterials. This is our everyday reality.

It is good that the new Minister of Economy announced an increase in the share of industry in GDP, and we believe that the realization will also include encouraging industrial investments. Given that we are a small market, we expect that exports will also be encouraged, which will ensure the arrival of new investments in Croatia.
