Team Reinforcement: Use These 6 Questions to Hire the Right Job Candidate

The search for a new team member is a stressful and exhausting task that often ends in a poor choice.

Gallup’s research has shown that in as many as 82 percent of cases, managers fail to select the right candidate for a specific job, as what appears to be the optimal choice in the interview flops in practice – the manager is dissatisfied with the performance or the candidate realizes that the job does not meet their expectations.

However, as HR expert Don Georgevich claims, the search for the right candidate can be more successful if the manager or the person conducting the job interviews receives the right answers. Instead of generic ones from Google, he suggests that the candidate be asked six questions that will provide more detailed information about their skills, desires, and expectations.

In the new micro-lecture, find out which questions can help you find the right candidate for your team.
