Entrio, a ticket sales platform for concerts, festivals, and events, has secured a strategic investment from Invera Equity Partners worth over nine million euros, marking the largest investment cycle in the history of the ticket sales industry in Southeast Europe, as stated by the company.
– We will use the investment to develop new products and services focused on increasing sales results for our event organizers, as well as on personalized offers of relevant events for ticket buyers. We will focus on the segment of the largest concerts, as well as the segments of sports, theater, conferences, museums, and attractions. For us, as well as for Invera EP, alongside strong growth, it is a priority to maintain and continue developing the excellent organizational culture within the Entrio team that we have built over the past 13 years – emphasized the founder and CEO of the Entrio platform, Berislav Marszalek
The Entrio platform was established in 2011 in response to the need for a simpler and more modern way of selling and purchasing tickets, and today it is the leading event platform in Croatia, Slovenia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
– This is the fourth investment by Invera EP, alongside the Museum of Illusions, Marles, and Kompare. Entrio shares a common denominator with the rest of our portfolio as a strong B2C brand with exceptional scaling potential, which is one of our areas of expertise – said the Investment Manager at Invera Equity Partners, Denis Sabolović.
The Entrio platform, as they emphasize, has doubled its revenue for the third consecutive year, and in 2023, they sold over one million tickets with a total value exceeding 16 million euros for over 3,000 events.
