New functionalities available to Zagrebačka banka clients in m-zaba

Zagrebačka banka continuously enhances the m-zaba application by integrating new, advanced features. Users of m-zaba can access new functionalities with the latest version update – m-redomat, international payments, and biometric login to m-token, as stated in the announcement.

– The new functionalities that we continuously implement in m-zaba are the best reflection of our commitment to clients and an approach where they are at the center of everything we do. We are extremely pleased to announce new possibilities that will arrive throughout the year to make our application a comprehensive financial platform and a central place for all potential needs of our clients. We are happy that clients recognize the new possibilities as they increasingly use digital banking services, which are fast, simple, and secure with m-zaba – said Ivan Hećimović, director of Alternative Channels at Zagrebačka banka.

A novelty in m-zaba is also international payments, with a daily payment limit of 10,000 euros. Access to the order is obtained by selecting the Payments – International Payments option. Cross-border payments in euros for EU countries, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway can be charged from free transactions, if the client has them, while international payments for all other countries and cross-border payments in another currency are charged. Order execution is possible from both personal and authorized accounts.

m-redomat allows clients and those who are not yet clients to obtain a queue number for the desired branch and service through m-zaba. On the m-zaba homepage, it is necessary to select the m-redomat shortcut, then choose the desired branch and service, after which a number is obtained. If a user wants to check the status of the physical ticket they took at the redomat in the branch, they can enter the number in the application, after which they can track their queue through the application. Non-clients can also use m-redomat; they just need to download the application from the Google Play, App Store, or AppGallery.

Biometric login to m-token has also been introduced, and it is now possible to use fingerprint or facial recognition to access this functionality instead of the previous PIN entry.

Recently, Zagrebačka banka was the first in the domestic market to introduce creditworthiness checks via m-zaba, and thanks to this new functionality, clients no longer need to go to the branch to find out the range of loans they can contract. From the first days after the launch, clients have shown great interest in this new functionality, which allows them to obtain a creditworthiness calculation for housing and cash loans through the application with just a few taps.
