JGL Recognized for Commitment to Innovation and a Future Where Employees Make a Difference

The domestic pharmaceutical company JGL has been awarded the Above and Beyond certificate for the second consecutive year in the categories of ‘Future’ and ‘Innovation’. This recognition is given by SELECTIO Group to organizations that meet the criteria of the Employer Partner certificate by achieving high results, placing them among the top ten percent of organizations in the region in human resource management.

– In these challenging times of constant change, building internal capacity, readiness, and resilience in response to current and future needs is extremely important. We are pleased that our practices and activities aimed at strengthening a culture of inclusion and feedback, knowledge sharing, networking, and collaboration, along with the continuous development of competencies and reward systems that support innovation and change, have been recognized. This is the merit of the entire JGL team, which continuously strives to make our organization a place where everyone feels comfortable and is inspired to learn and grow every day – said Lorena Dika, Director of Corporate HR, adding that JGL is an agile company where employees are allowed to work on various forms of development activities and innovation projects during working hours.

Employees are also provided with time for education along with available materials for self-improvement and dedicated mentors. Along with defined individual development plans starting from the first working day, mentors are included in the training and development process through coaching, agility training, and the internal academy. The pay system at JGL is defined according to the best European standards, and continuous efforts are made to further increase its transparency, while a unique reward system applies to all employees.
