Gold has become an increasingly popular investment in Croatia. The amount that citizens invest in gold bars and coins has been growing year by year, exceeding 300 million euros in the last two years. One of the reasons for the popularity of precious metals is the fact that their prices have an upward trajectory, with an average annual growth of 9% since the year 2000.
