Marko Pejković is no longer a member of the Supervisory Board of BUGATTI RIMAC as of December 31, 2023. He was previously on the Supervisory Boards of RIMAC GROUP and PORSCHE eBIKE PERFORMANCE. He is one of the co-founders and the CEO of PROJECT 3 MOBILITY, which is developing an electric robotaxi project.

A bankruptcy proceeding has been opened against A.O.-GRADNJA from Zagreb. This is a company better known as BOROVJE DOM, as it was called until mid-last year. It was renamed by the new owner Osman Ahmeti when he registered instead of the two founders, Domagoj Mandić and Slaven Matković. Mandić is best known in the construction business as a co-owner of V.D.M. PROMET, a company involved in the scandal regarding the reclassification of a water protection area in Ježdovec into construction land. Immediately after the ownership takeover, A.O.-GRADNJA’s account was blocked, but the amount of the blockage is not mentioned anywhere in public documents. FINA requested the initiation of a shortened bankruptcy procedure in February, which was rejected as it was established that the company has some real estate, so Tanja Krašovec was appointed as the bankruptcy administrator, and a hearing was scheduled for August 30.
