RE/MAX Croatia marked 15 successful years of operation with a convention that brought together agents of this franchise in Croatia and prominent speakers. RE/MAX is the number one system in Croatia for real estate brokerage. It is part of the strongest international real estate franchise brand RE/MAX Global, which has been operating for 51 years worldwide, and RE/MAX Europe, which has been present in Europe for 30 years with a network of over 2,400 offices and 30,000 agents in 40 countries.

In Croatia, RE/MAX operates with 211 agents gathered in 35 offices across 28 cities, offering more than 8,000 properties for sale through the system. The convention showcased impressive results and ambitious plans for the future, emphasizing continuous improvement in service quality and innovation in business.

– We are very satisfied with the results and are recording growth in all categories, so we are marking these 15 years of RE/MAX Croatia with a 12% higher growth than the largest growth since its establishment in 2009. The largest growth was achieved in 2021 when we grew by 120% compared to the previous year. We believe that we will surpass last year’s results this year. The synergy we achieve as a system is visible through communication and activities, and we will continue to strengthen our brand further. In terms of presence in 35 offices across 28 cities, we are number one because no other brand or agency in Croatia has offices in all these cities. The goal is to further strengthen our presence by opening new offices in cities where we are not present, such as Dubrovnik, Metković, Zaprešić, and others. We also plan to increase the number of agents to 275 by the end of the year because agents are our strength. The convention gathered the best agents who shared their experiences and knowledge through networking and training. Prominent speaker Baris Kiliçarslan held a training session for agents on how to obtain listings that will sell quickly and how to become the most effective agent. To achieve this, he presented how to set a good price for a property, how to properly present and defend that price to achieve more transactions. At the convention, guest speaker Ivica Kostelić, one of the best Croatian athletes of all time, shared how his discipline and focus, along with the values by which he works and lives, can motivate everyone not only in sports but in life and business as well.
