Companies and Careers: Željko Vučemil Resigns from Director Positions at VMD Group, Acquisition of Aquapark Istralandia Completed, Changes in HEP – Plin Supervisory Board…

Co-owner of VMD GROUP Željko Vučemil has resigned from director positions in the parent company and the subsidiary VMD SERVISIMA.

The Management Board of AQUAPARK ISTRALANDIA has been dissolved, and the company is now independently represented by Laurent Eugène Jacques Bruloy. This completes the acquisition carried out by the French company FINANCIÈRE LOOPING HOLDING, as two former co-owners Mauro Kovačić and Paolo Kovačić have also left the five-member Management Board.

Ivan Barić is the new president of the Supervisory Board of HEP-PLIN, replacing Marko Dvorski, while Zlatko Marković has become his deputy. Mladen Sabljić and Alan Fadljević have been appointed members of the Supervisory Board instead of Romeo Hofer, Ana Celjak and Marin Leka. Marko Blažević is the only member of the Supervisory Board who has received a new mandate.

Siniša Komnenović is the new director of BAUMIT, replacing Dorijan Rajković, and Marko Kalčić has had his power of attorney revoked.

Vesna Barišić has been appointed director of PRO MEDIA GROUP, replacing Bruno Barišić.

Nina Vrčić has been a member of the Management Board of SAINT-GOBAIN CONSTRUCTION PRODUCTS CROATIA since February 19.
