Božena Cvitanović is the new head of ZRINJEVAC, which operates as a subsidiary of ZAGREBAČKI HOLDING, replacing Damir Grgić. Cvitanović has been at the helm of another HOLDING subsidiary – ZAGREBAČKE TRŽNICE since December 2021.

The bankruptcy proceedings against Zagreb’s AGROBURZA have been suspended as it has settled debts that had reached 1.7 million euros, and the ban on disposing of its assets has also been lifted.
