Companies and Careers: Pre-bankruptcy Agreement Confirmed for Zagrebgradnja Vrbane III, Resignation at the Helm of Fortenovina Vinka

A pre-bankruptcy agreement has been confirmed for the company ZAGREBGRADNJA VRBANI III. Creditors have agreed to a write-off of 70 percent of the 3.9 million euros in claims, with the remainder to be paid in 55 monthly installments without interest after a one-year grace period. This is one of the companies convicted for contaminated water in the Zagreb settlement of Vrbani. The pre-bankruptcy agreement has also been opened for the parent company Zagrebgradnja, which has also requested a 70 percent write-off (of 46.5 million euros in debts). This pre-bankruptcy has not yet received final confirmation from creditors.

Goran Miličević has been appointed as the CEO of Fortenovina VINKE PLUS instead of Domagoj Franić, who has resigned. Miličević is also at the helm of VUPIK PLUS in Vukovar.

Marko Dvorski is no longer the chairman of the Supervisory Board of HEP – TELECOMMUNICATIONS, so the Supervisory Board is led by the current member Ivan Periša, who has been appointed as the deputy chairman of the Supervisory Board. Branimir Čaić is no longer a member of the Management Board of SEMMELROCK from the Island of Oštarija.

Bogdan Drakulić took over the position of CEO of PBZ-LEASING on December 18, 2023, from Nives Vreto, who continues to serve as a member of the Management Board.

Nikola Perenčević is the son of the well-known businessman Mihajlo Perenčević, who, along with his partner Krešimir Filipović, runs the Moscow company Velesstroy. Younger Perenčević is the actual majority owner of JADRANKA through the company BETA ULAGANJA, which is owned by ADRIATIC HH INVESTMENTS registered in Cyprus, where N. Perenčević holds 51%. The remaining 49% has recently been held by Tomislav Filipović with an address in Dubai instead of the long-time partner of the Perenčevićs, Krešimir Filipović.
