Marijana Knežević Tudić has been appointed as a new member of the Management Board of Kraš at today’s Supervisory Board meeting, starting a four-year term from April 15, 2024. Knežević Tudić comes from the position of Director of the Central Procurement Service at Kraš, and in her role, she will be responsible for operational tasks including production and maintenance, procurement, and investments.

At the Supervisory Board meeting, it was determined that Mario Müller, as a member of the Management Board, will take responsibility for the sales and marketing department.

This is already the third change in the Management Board of Kraš in the last year. Recall that after Damir Bulić left the position of Management Board member in December last year, Filip Mutić was appointed to his place. A year ago, former CEO Slavko Ledić resigned from that position, and he was replaced by Allen Halamić at the helm of Kraš.

Knežević Tudić began her career at Kraš in 2000 after graduating from the Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology, starting from an internship position, and over the years she has worked in various departments of the company such as production, marketing, sales, and procurement.

– After spending almost twenty-five years of my life at Kraš, I would dare to say that I know it inside out, but I am aware of the responsibilities that the position carries, especially at a time when the entire industry is facing unprecedented pressure from rising cocoa prices, our key raw material. However, I know well that Kraš’s strength lies in its tradition and quality, consumer loyalty, and employee dedication, and I believe that together we will manage to maintain business stability and continue to develop the company further with an emphasis on investing in production and our people – said Knežević Tudić.
