The story of the creative agency AND THAT’S NOT ALL!, known for Brodić in Klaićeva, brandBOX and a modern office in the center of Zagreb, began more than 14 years ago. They do not like to boast, but we had to note that over the years they have produced various recognizable campaigns. However, they say that it is all a matter of mutual listening and understanding in working with clients, which is why their values are based precisely on that. Over the past 14 years, they have faced (and overcome) many challenges and built a loyal client base despite them.
– We are fortunate that clients and employees quickly recognize good collaborators in us, as our problem-solving mindset has always directed us towards pragmatic solutions. The market quickly recognizes this because it primarily brings results, just as it quickly recognizes selling smoke. We apply the same practices internally, which allows us not to operate according to established procedures or perhaps imposed trends but to open ourselves to solutions and practices that may work well in other industries. At AND THAT’S NOT ALL!, they have always read every article, published blog, and watched every Ted talk on how to organize a company more productively with great interest. That is why they decided to integrate the best practices from IT and similar industries to improve their business and adapt them to the creative sector. Among other things, this involves the infamous agility, a word that many use today, but few actually understand and truly incorporate into their business. At AND THAT’S NOT ALL!, much research has been done on agility precisely because they wanted to approach it thoroughly. And it paid off, as it helped them adapt to new ways of working during the COVID crisis.

Within their ongoing culture of growth, as they say, in a dynamic market, adaptation must be both fast and continuous, a significant milestone in the organization of business recently occurred. The agency owner Alen Kekić decided to fully embrace the CEO role and leave the other roles to the rest of the team. Thus, he entrusted his role as Creative Director to the creative directors with full confidence.
– First of all, I am incredibly fortunate to be surrounded by people who share the agency’s values and want to grow together with the agency. In the agency, we do not view growth solely in terms of the number of issued invoices. Growth requires curiosity that allows us to learn daily about things that help us grow as professionals and individuals. If we also want to test and apply that knowledge, we are on horseback. Or in the position of Creative Director, – added Kekić.

How this transition has affected the culture in the agency, we asked HR Manager of AND THAT’S NOT ALL!, Jelena Zelenbrz Kvasnička.
– The decision to manage the organization differently can be made in a relatively short time. However, changing the culture and mindset of existing employees, which is crucial for successfully implementing the decision to change, is almost always a challenging process. That slight switch we want changes “plan and control” to “perceive and adapt”. And this is achieved by fostering trust among employees and enabling authenticity in the work context. It is crucial to empower as many people as possible to contribute, ask for opinions, openly share information, and ultimately the fruits of their labor. There is something interesting about “high trust organizations” – teams are more productive, have more energy at work, collaborate better with their colleagues, and stay longer than people working in low-trust companies. However, what is extremely important to us is to achieve an atmosphere of collective maturity in approaching each project, with as little ego as possible, ensuring our teams are satisfied with their work-life balance, with as little chronic stress as possible, and only from that position do we expect greater productivity, – said Zelenbrz Kvasnička.
