The General Assembly of Podravka Decides on a Record Dividend of 3.2 Euros per Share

The food flagship from Koprivnica, Podravka, announced today on the Zagreb Stock Exchange a call for the General Assembly to be held on May 16 at the company’s headquarters.

As stated in the call, Podravka achieved a profit of 47.4 million euros in 2023, which is an increase of 12 percent compared to the previous year. Of this amount, 2.3 million euros will be redistributed into legal reserves, and 22.2 million euros into other reserves.

The remainder will be paid out to shareholders in the form of a dividend amounting to 3.2 euros per share. This is a historically record amount of dividend paid by Podravka and is 55 cents higher than the amount paid out last year.

The dividend will be paid to shareholders registered in SKKD as of June 14.

The maximum amount of the dividend is 22.8 million euros, and the amount paid will depend on the number of shares belonging to registered shareholders in the Central Clearing Depository (SKDD), reduced by the dividend on treasury shares, as stated in the call, with a note that after such distribution, the remainder of the net profit will be retained in retained earnings.

Additionally, as stated in the call for the General Assembly, it is proposed to grant discharge to the members of the Management Board, led by Martina Dalić, and the Supervisory Board of Podravka, headed by Damir Grbavac.
