  • Today, it is unacceptable to work outside of working hours.
  • We can learn a lot from the young. They have achieved what we wanted but could not.
  • Peace is, for me, the definition of success.
  • I do not know how to deal with human malice; that is my only fear.

Exactly ten years ago, PR expert Marina Bolanča stepped out of a large system (agency Unex) into solo entrepreneurial waters. Today, her public relations agency Abeceda komunikacije employs 20 people and operates in Serbia, Slovenia, Albania, Montenegro, and Romania. For three consecutive years, they have won the ‘PR Oscars’ – the international IPRA Golden Award for excellence, and launched two projects: Better Company and 20/40 Unfiltered.

In a new episode of Lider’s podcast, journalist and host Sandra Babić talks with this successful entrepreneur about the challenges of managing a PR agency, the lessons she learned in her career, and how she applied them in the development of Abeceda. The projects they launched aim to create better companies and thus a better society, as well as improve dialogue with younger generations from whom, as Bolanča points out, we can learn a lot. What are the strengths and weaknesses of the youth, what projects inspire her, what concerns her, and what is her recipe for success – find out in the new episode of Lider’s podcast with Marina Bolanča!
