Nikola Cvjetković is the new president of the Management Board of AWT INTERNATIONAL, replacing Miha Glavić, who has taken over the procuration. Prior to this, Glavić transferred his ownership stake in AWT to his company JAN MAR HOLDING, registered in Malta. Cvjetković is (along with JAN MAR, Saša Kolenka, and Jovan Mandarić) a co-owner of AWT, where he has been for over 20 years, and has been a member of the Management Board since 2011.

Antonija Kapović is no longer a member of the Management Board of SPANA.

Kristian Čabraja has entered the ownership structure of EUROHOTEL.

Stefan Frömmel has been appointed director at ZAGREBTOWER and SAVSKA 32, replacing Herwig Teufelsdorfer.
