Students had the opportunity to connect with representatives from various industries and explore career development opportunities in a dynamic environment. The first two days of the event were dedicated to virtual interactions, while the last day was reserved for personal contact and interaction on the campuses in Dubrovnik and Zagreb. A variety of events were available, including panels, workshops, interviews for student internships, individual consultations, and opportunities to visit company booths, thus providing students with the chance to establish contacts and exchange experiences with representatives of renowned companies.

– I am extremely pleased that as part of our Career Days, we continue to bring representatives of the most successful domestic and foreign companies together with students. We believe it is important for students to be connected with employers from day one and to have the opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge in the real world. This year’s Career Days provided an exceptional opportunity for our students to gain insight into contemporary trends and labor market demands. Through interaction with over 100 companies, students had the chance to expand their network, talk to professionals from various industries, and hear about perspectives and opportunities for further career development – stated the Dean of RIT Croatia, Dr. Irena Guszak.
